Cancellation Policy

The client is charged upon the issuance of the Rental Confirmation Email. No refunds will be issued unless the Term is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the client may cancel a reservation without charge no less than 72 hours prior to the beginning of the Term. If a cancellation is requested between 72 and 24 hours of the Term, a 50% refund will be issued in most cases. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests within 24 hours.
