Politique d'annulation

The client is charged upon the issuance of the Rental Confirmation Email. No refunds will be issued unless the Term is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the client may cancel a reservation without charge no less than 72 hours prior to the beginning of the Term. If a cancellation is requested between 72 and 24 hours of the Term, a 50% refund will be issued in most cases. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests within 24 hours. Start and End Time Policy You are welcome to enter the common area up to 15 minutes prior to your reservation time, but you cannot enter the pitch until your start time. Similarly, clients must exit the pitch promptly at the end of their booking and then they are welcome to take their time in the common area. OverStay Violations There is a 10-min grace period after every booking when there is no client waiting to enter the pitch. OverStays beyond the grace period will be assessed additional charges in 30 min increments.
