All seasonal or long-term rentals must provide two separate COIs, one for each of the two businesses listed below. These business names should appear in the Certificate Holder  section.

 

In addition, the following statement must be included in the COI for Babcock Farm in the Description of Operations section of the COI, "Duna LLC and Babcock Farm LLC (both with Address: 77 Cornell Street, Kingston, NY 12401) with respect to the GL as per the written contract for work performed at 201 Hurley Ave, Kingston, NY 12401"
