Cancellation Policy
Seasonal rentals are subject to a 50% deposit, unless other terms are agreed upon at time of booking. The client is charged upon the issuance of the Rental Confirmation Email. No refunds will be issued unless the Term is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the client may cancel a reservation within 48 hours of the booking agreement without any penalty; cancellations requested after this time will result in the loss of deposit. Cancellation requests made at least 14 days prior to the first booking may receive a refund up to 50% of the total cost. Requests to reschedule subsequent sessions after the start of the program must be submitted 48 hours prior to the original session date and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. If not possible, no refund will be issued.
