Cancellation Policy

Clients are welcome to enter the facility up to 15 minutes prior to the reservation time but they must remain in the common area and cannot enter the pitch. Similarly, clients on the pitch must exit promptly at the end of their reserved time, including removing any equipment they introduced, and then they are welcome to take their time in the common area. This will help to ensure a smooth transition between reservations. Thank you for your cooperation.
