Cancellation Policy

Multi-session rentals are subject to a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Notwithstanding, clients have 24 hrs from booking to cancel for a full refund. Requests to reschedule sessions after the start of the program, or the first session is complete, must be completed within 2 weeks of the original session date. If not possible, no refund will be issued.
