All program registrations are final. No refunds will be issued, barring extenuating circumstances. Notwithstanding, clients have 24 hrs from registering to cancel for a full refund. Clients are free to "re-sell" any game to another player in their absence and, in fact, are encouraged to do so to ensure player numbers.
